Cardholders are responsible for paying the discounted cost at the time of service from participating providers. By using this card, you agree to pay the entire prescription cost less any applicable discount. Savings may vary by drug and by pharmacy. Savings are based on actual drug purchases using the discount card. Prescription claims through this program will not be eligible for reimbursement and cannot be used in conjunction with any third-party payor program including Medicaid, Medicare, Worker's Compensation or any other government program. This program does not guarantee the quality of the services or products offered by individual providers. AffordableMeds has no membership fee nor is participation in any organization or purchase of any good or service required to obtain or use AffordableMeds. The DMPO does make available a list of all program providers which includes their name, city & state, and medical specialty prior to purchase, upon request.

This program is not available to residents of AK, MT, VT, WA but may be used by non-residents at participating providers. Void where prohibited by law.

On average, members can save 20% on brand drugs and 65% on generic drugs from the usual and customary cash price of their prescription.

Nebraska: If you have cancelled at any time after the 30-day period, and you have pre-paid any membership fees, the prepayment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for months you have not used.

Texas: This is NOT insurance. Discounts are only available at participating pharmacies. By using this card, you agree to pay the entire prescription cost less any applicable discount. Savings may vary by drug and by pharmacy. The program administrator may obtain fees or rebates from manufacturers and/or pharmacies based on your prescription drug purchases. These fees or rebates may be retained by the program administrator or shared with you and/or your pharmacy. Prescriptions purchased through this program will not be eligible for reimbursement through Medicaid, Medicare or any other government program.
